Errol has a four decade career in corporate finance, and has worked as an investment banker, private equity fund manager, merchant banker, and senior lender. The common thread among these positions is a focus on the Media, Entertainment, and Technology industries, integrating Errol’s passion for music and entertainment with his background in electrical engineering.
Errol works with companies ranging from start-ups to the largest multinational corporations, raising capital, negotiating agreements and providing merger and acquisition advisory services. Based upon a decade spent as an entrepreneur and senior-level executive, Errol also provides general financial and operational advice and assists companies with turn-arounds and corporate direction.
